SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide via courier.
Orders are processed in 4-5 days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.


DELIVERY TIMES
Below are the estimated delivery times (once the package has been handed over to the courier):

Italy 48-72 hours

Europe and European Union 3-7 Days

Rest of the world 5-10 days


SHIPPING COSTS

Prices shown do not include taxes and duties.

Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. These must be paid to the courier, according to the courier's recommended procedure.

Please also note that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import duties related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be borne by the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount due.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers receive an email containing the tracking number (AWB) for their order.
